Yes! All proper physical distancing and cleaning protocol will be followed by your trainer, and your preference of location will be taken into consideration when making appointments! Despite the restrictions, we believe it's important to still provide services for clients to stay physically active.
As long as you request a change in your appointment date/time within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, changes can be made, free of charge! There is a $10 rescheduling/cancellation fee for any no-shows, or last minute cancellations (inside 12 hour window).

Booking a group session is easy! You can submit a contact form, or contact coach Jen directly via the contact information provided on the Contact Us page. Your trainer is flexible and available, so if they don't answer, leave a message and they will be sure to follow up within 3-4 hours. With time, there will be online scheduling, so stay tuned!
