HOW CAN MY EXPERTISE HELP YOU?
I achieved a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science in 2012. I have pursued multiple certifications and gained experience in the field of Fitness and Wellness to prepare me well for this opportunity to help others bring out the best of who they are. I am a certified Personal Trainer, TRX Instructor, Fitness Practitioner and a Certified Nutrition Coach. I am pursuant in 2 other certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine.
